The Children of Love, Kind and Efficient (A Play in One Act) · 27 October 06

The Japanese high school students longed to create a dialogue to better their English.

An emotional dialogue. A passionate dialogue. A dialogue that went beyond textbook examples (Airport customs! A home-stay in Philadelphia! Jeff and Yumiko bravely attempt to make a purchase at the local Hot Dog Stand!). On to the human world of hope, love and conflict!

And it was written. And it was read:

PERSON A [passionately]: I love you.

PERSON B: No thank you.

PERSON A: Oh, see you.

And it was over.
