META-SIDENOTE: Got a couple mails asking if I was leaving my job in Japan yet.
Nope, just changed positions, still within the JET Programme. Now I'm working as a "Prefectural Advisor", mainly in the Prefecture's Board of Education office, with school visits and bits of teaching here and there.
